Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in Europe. Note that there are restrictions on some products, which may not be able to be shipped to international destinations. For orders outside the UK, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure that CBD is legal at the shipping destination.

Import fees may apply depending on the country.

All UK and European orders at Hippie Turtle Herbal Co are delivered via DPD or Royal Mail. Standard UK delivery (charged at £2.99 up to 1kg) will be sent via 48hr tracked Royal Mail service which should arrive within 2 WORKING days of processing but may take up to 4 days during busy periods. Express UK deliveries are 1-2 WORKING day(s) from the day of processing but not exclusively guaranteed. These are sent via 24hr tracked Royal Mail service (flat rate charge of £3.99 up to 1kg, will apply for express 1-2 day). For UK orders over £50, delivery is FREE via Royal Mail. The cut off point for dispatch is 2pm Monday-Friday.

We offer a premium UK express service via DPD for customers not wishing to use Royal Mail. This is charged at £7.99 (up to 1kg) which is reflective of the additional costs we incur to provide this service. This service is tracked and delivery can be expected within 1-2 days from dispatch.

Rest of the world courier provider may vary based upon availability. Special postage prices may apply where a package is put together for a specific country. For individual product deliveries outside of Europe, please inquire via e-mail at info@hippieturtleherbalco.co.uk or via our Contact Page. For European orders (outside UK) delivery charges will vary according to weight and country, please email info@hippieturtleherbalco.co.uk for a quote. Postage prices may vary according to special offers.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Once a parcel has left our warehouse it is in the care of the courier company chosen, any delays or concerns at this stage are out of our control as a business. However, in the rare instances that issues may arise with couriers please Contact Us and we will do our best to assist.
