Our Herbal Blend range utilises the power of CBD infused with other powerful natural herb extracts. Spirit contains 6g of cold pressed hemp oil with 600mg of CBD per bottle, blended with St. John's Wort and 600mcg of Vit D3.

Numerous studies have shown St. John's Wort to be effective in fighting mild to moderate depression and anxiety and has fewer side effects than most other prescription antidepressants. It has been previously thought that a chemical in St. John's wort called hypericin was responsible for improving mood. More recent studies suggest other chemicals like hyperforin may play a larger role. These chemicals act on messengers in the nervous system that regulate mood. These chemicals also help to regulate thyroid function resulting in balancing and normalisation of hormone levels.

Vitamin D is required by the body in order absorb phosphorous and be able to maintain normal levels of calcium. Vitamin D is necessary for the maintenance of strong bones and healthy teeth. Vitamin D is essential to the health of the lungs and cardiovascular system, as well as offering vital immune support and protection to the nervous system and the brain.
